Leonel Cruz – from awkward to AWESOME!
Out of the hundreds of transformations that I’ve been apart of, this is one that sticks out as one of my favorites. In May of 2010 I was in the gym training of one of my clients for a bodybuilding show. As we were finishing up, I noticed a kid in the corner of the room looking at us intently but afraid to come talk to us. I took it upon myself and went over to ask how he was doing and what he was training for. Our 10 minute conversation that day has led to a lifelong friendship, a new physique and a new attitude on life for Leonel. GREAT WORK to you buddy, and many more things to come.
