Jason has exceeded my expectations as a fitness coach/ trainer and motivator. I came to him in desperate need of help training for a figure competition. This was my 4th competition and each year I have had a horrible rebound of weight gain. Usually my training consisted of morning and evening cardio during contest prep along with very little calories. Jason immediately stopped all the cardio and had increased my calories from my usual "contest prep diet." I will say that I was scared, because I had 30 pounds to lose, (the biggest post contest rebound I've had), so letting go of control and putting all my faith and trust in him scared me a little! But I did and it was the best decision I've ever made. We had a 16 week contest prep and I lost 30 lbs. I went of stage feeling fabulous and healthy! My contest prep had it's ups and downs, of course, but he stuck with me, encouraged, and motivated me through the whole journey.
