Jason Phillips BS, CPT has always been active in some form or another.  Jason started playing sports at the age of 4, excelling in soccer.  Phillips also became a black belt in Tae Kwan Do at the age of 9 years old!  He continued to play soccer and basketball until high school, when he was introduced to golf, yet another sport he mastered quickly.  In 2000, Jason was selected to the East Coast Marauders by the People to People Sports Ambassador program to represent the United States in the Haarlem Cup, an international soccer tournament held in Haarlem Holland. The following year in 2001, Jason's golf skills were on display as he placed in the inaugural Dulles District Championship.  He played several junior golf tours that year, winning a few events!  It was in 2003, after suffering an injury that forced rehab, where Phillips found his passion for fitness.  Over the span of 4 years, Jason went from a scrawny 127 lb kid to a built, 180 lb fitness model.  Golf was not forgotten as Jason did turn professional and excelled in his year on tour.

Still wanting to pursue his college degree, golf was again placed on hold while Jason attended Florida State University majoring in Fitness and Nutrition.  Having previously suffered from an eating disorder, nutrition naturally became his primary interest.  During this time, Jason discovered his unique talent to change others' physiques and lives through proper training and nutrition.  Upon leaving FSU, he departed for Beverly Hills , California .  He quickly established himself as one of the top trainers in the most competitive market in the country.  His innovative approach and vast nutrition knowledge made him an asset to Jackie Warner's SKYSPORT AND SPA, home of Bravo's hit TV show, The Workout.  His clientele would include several celebrities, athletes, and everyday gym warriors. Jason also runs indoor/outdoor boot camps, group training sessions and runs his online training business with clients from all over the country.  Jason excels in all areas of training, whether it be sport specific strength and conditioning, fat loss, mass gaining, metabolic training, or bodybuilding/fitness/figure prep.  Check out Jason's feature as Bodybuilding.com's, "Trainer of the Month.
